The Stencil Printer S40 is a high-precision thermal paste printing machine designed for medium to large SMT production. It offers a large printing area of up to 350 × 400 mm and supports PCB sizes up to 400 × 375 mm.

With an advanced vision system including multiple CCD cameras and a touchscreen, it ensures accurate alignment. This stencil printer for thermal paste features an automatic dual squeegee that works with metal or rubber blades, with adjustable angle (0–60°) and pressure (0–250 N) for even paste application. The electric squeegee drive is programmable with speeds from 5 to 180 mm/s, allowing precise and automatic printing of thermal grease.

Precise X/Y adjustments (±15 mm), Theta rotation (±3°), and off-contact range (0–30 mm) ensure accuracy for fine-pitch components down to 0.25 mm. It also has automatic table lowering with adjustable speed and pressure. Despite its advanced features, the S40 remains compact, measuring 860 × 650 mm and weighing about 85 kg.
